PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

Open account privileges may be suspended if invoices for any month are not paid when due within published terms, and subsequent orders may be held until the account balance is reduced to a current status.

Payment must be received in our office by the 10th of the month subsequent to billing.

PRICING

It is our intention to offer the best possible price for our customers at all times; however, paper-based products, computer hardware, and electronic items are extremely volatile and can sometimes change with little or no notice.

DROP SHIPMENTS

We offer a time and money-saving drop shipment service at a nominal cost. Just tell us at time of ordering. We will fill and pack your order, and ship on a freight prepaid basis (freight will be charged back to you).

TRANSPORTATION

All office supply orders, unless out of town or out of stock, will be delivered within a 24 hour period, normally afternoons.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Consistent with industry practices, all warranties granted are only those provided by the respective vendor(s) and are in lieu of any and all expressed or implied warranties to buyer.

SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

As an accommodation, we will attempt to obtain merchandise not listed in our Catalogue or stocked in any of our Distribution Centers, with the following provisions:

  1. Not listed special order merchandise will be shipped separately.
  2. The quantity ordered must meet the minimum requirements of the manufacturer.
  3. Such merchandise is not subject to return except in cases of our error or that of the manufacturer
  4. Such merchandise is not subject to any other discounts or rebates.

OUT OF STOCK MECHANDISE

tems known to be out of stock at the time your order will be noted on invoice and will usually be delivered within two days unless otherwise noted.

FURNITURE SET UP AND DELIVERY

Holland's Office Supply offers furniture set-up, inside delivery and installation for a nominal fee. Delivery and set-up time varies depending on in stock availability and specific setup specifications.

There are some markets across the country where furniture set-up and delivery is not available. Also, set-up orders are non-returnable.

RETURNS

All merchandise is sold without return privileges. We will not accept for credit the return of any merchandise unless authorized by us.

  1. Return merchandise requests because of our error or manufacturer's defect will be authorized at up to full invoice price for up to 14 days from invoice date.
  2. If for any reason the item, carton, or its packing is not in re-saleable condition, credit will be at salvage value only.
